Don and Arnola Fullmer are the owners of the Paradise Inn and Resort. In 1973 they bought the Chevron , the Best Western, and eventually built the beautiful golf course, that surrounds this little restaurant. Other businesses that they own include a clay mine in Koosharem, and an alfalfa farm located in Flowell.

Don and Nola have contributed a lot to the town of Fillmore as well. Two of which are the pieces of land they donated for the horse arena (Now called Fullmer Stadium) and the Cheese Plant just off the south end of town.

Both Don and Nola worked for the government, but upon discovering that they were pregnant, Nola quit and became a full-time mom (what a promotion!), and Don continued to work there until he could retire and pursue his business ventures.

They bought and built businesses throughout their lives, owning Best Western motels and other businesses all across the Western United States, but have given and sold all of them except for the one in Fillmore.

They have now spoiled 16 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren, with more to be spoiled on the way!

Don, Nola, and everyone else here at Paradise Inn and Resort hope that you enjoy your meal here at the Garden of Eat'n.
